In the early mornings the home is bathed in golden rays of sunshine, and at sunset it is lit up by an explosion of breathtaking red, orange, and pink hues. It's all a short walk to the world-renowned Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, Sebonack Golf Club, and National Golf Links of America. There are so many spectacular nearby beaches to choose from: on the ocean there are the white sands of Cooper's Beach and the equally beautiful Flying Point Beach plus Fowlers Beach and many more. Just to the north of the house there's Sebonac Beach on the Peconic Bay and the Sebonac Inlet which offer calm waters- it's a spectacular spot to take in mesmerizing sunsets. Your private piece of paradise is just minutes to Southampton Village where you can eat & drink at some of the best restaurants in the Hamptons, explore art galleries, or shop at the dozens of high-end boutiques from Ralph Lauren to London Jewelers.
Wake up at the center of it all with unparalleled views where you can golf, swim, bike, surf, hike, paddle board, shop, dine, drink or just sit back and relax.
The property includes a Type-2 car charger and if you have a Tesla (it's compatible with an adapter) there's also a Tesla super charging station walking distance from the home.
The ever important coffee details:
Nespresso: The kitchen includes a Vertuo machine and Nespresso's electric milk frother. There is a second Nespresso machine in the primary suite so you won't have to leave bed for your morning brew.
Coffee maker: The kitchen also includes a DeLonghi automatic coffee maker that can be programmed to have the coffee brewed when you wake up, there's also a french press.
The kitchen is also stocked with a coffee bean grinder.

-A few steps from the pool is our Polo Blue Cabana, just behind the 8 ft tall deep blue curtains is a cool break from the sun that includes a shaded dining area and a floor covered in 3 inches of river pebble. It's the perfect spot for a poolside lunch at our oversized wood farm table.
-Sunbrella cushioned lounge area with love seat, oversized chair and ottomans plus a coffee table, cantilevered umbrella and two large pots of Blue Tuscan Rosemary... we highly recommend breaking off a few sprigs of the fragrant bush for any dinner or cocktail recipe that calls for Rosemary.

Wildlife- The Hamptons are chock full of wildlife... and this property sees a good share of friendly visitors. Five wild turkeys pretty regularly visit the yard in the mornings, there are also blue jays, cardinals and finches that visit the bird feeder daily. We have at least three small turtles that live on the property, some frogs have been known to hop on through, and you are highly likely to spot some visiting deer. We've also started a small native wild flower meadow this season in the upper yard in hopes of helping keep the pollinators healthy so you'll see lots and lots of butterflies and if you're lucky you may spot an elusive hummingbird.
